Scott was co-counsel of record in the Allgeier v. MV Transportation, Inc. case where a Louisville jury awarded more than four million dollars in damages on September 15, 2010.  Our client had approximately  $40,000 in prior medical expenses and was awarded more than four million dollars for her pain and suffering.
