Jamie Staples was indicted and charged with cultivating hundreds of marijuana plants on a farm owned by his parents. His parents were also charged along with two of their grandchildren.
Following a one week trial in Meade County, Kentucky, the Court directed a verdict of not guilty on all counts against Mr. Staples.
