Mr. Workman and his employer, Superior Distributing Company, Inc., were indicted in an EPA case for allegedly violating the Clean Air Act concerning their removal of asbestos from a warehouse in west Louisville. Scott Cox represented one of the employees, Roger L. Workman. We successfully persuaded the United States to dismiss the case the day before trial which was set to begin in May 1997.
